Requirement
1) Wide range of clerical and secretarial duties
2) Dealing with new online submissions and registration procedures
3) Daily photocopying, compiling and organising correspondences / documents into clients folders diligently
4) Preparing payment vouchers for firm's and clients expenses as well as arranging for cheque deposits
5) Facilitating, make arrangement and liaising with dispatch riders for delivery of documents
6) Preparing detailed invoices including proforma invoices for billing
7) Updating into firm's system, status of billings
8) Conducting company, insolvency and any other searches assigned
9) Assisting with the annual renewal of Solicitor's Practice Certificate with Selangor Bar Council
10) Keen eye on details, proactively reminding lawyers on approaching deadlines way ahead of the actual date (filing of documents, trial dates, submissions due dates, case management dates)
11) To develop a KIV system for item no.10
12) Updating and managing the Diary
Qualifications
- Has the experience in managing the administration of the firm with the minimum supervision
- Familiarity with the Merimen System
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both oral and written)
- A team player, hardworking, ability to work under pressure and is pro active
