- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year working experienced but fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Good communication skill in English and Malay
- Answer, screen incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate individuals
- Mail coordination – Collect, sort, distribute and record incoming and outgoing mails
- Manage courier service arrangement
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately before notifies company personnel of the visitor arrival
- Keep a safe and clean reception area
- Updating company telephone extension list and share it with colleagues
- Stationery monitoring - order, maintain distribution records and inventory
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior and the management as and when required
