- Minimum SPM / Fresh graduate.
- Proficient in both spoken and written (English & Bahasa)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently & as a part of team
- Self motivated, reliable, hardworking, pleasant & responsible
- Stay near SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare legal correspondence, documentation & other materials
- Attending calls, emails & facsimile
- Maintain files & documents record updated
- Maintain schedules and calendar & update as needed
- Any other clerical & administrative work assigned
- Sort & distribute incoming & outgoing mails (couriers, postage & packages)
