Conveyancing Secretary
- Minimum 5 years experiences and above in conveyancing and banking
- Full experience in Conveyancing matters, able to handle loan documentations and SPA independently
- Dual language, Bahasa Malaysia And English
- Write and speak in Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to draft and vet agreement
- Diligence and possess positive and attitude
- Good and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably able to start work immediately or on one month notice
Junior Conveyancing Clerk
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience in handling sub-sale & loan documentation and developer project work
- Able to work independently with good and positive working attitude
- Preferably able to start work immediately or on one month notice
Admin Clerk
- To record incoming and outgoing document daily
- Assist account department to do filling
- Daily admin job
- Fresh graduate are welcome
