Job Description
- To handle full set of accounts
- Responsible for monthly GST preparation and submission
- Preparation of cheques, invoicing and payment
- Handling petty cash and expenses reimbursement
- Preparation of financial report and budget
- Handle to filing, keep record, assuring accurate documents filing
- Responsible for auditing reporting
- Process monthly payroll including overtime and staff claims
- Liaise with auditors, bankers and government authorities when necessary
- Handle general office duties and administrative tasks
Job Requreiments
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skill(s) : MYOB and Microsoft Office
