Qualification and Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in handling sub-sale saces, developers' work, loan documents and general conveyancing.
- Possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma.
- Experience and qualifications in appropriate areas would be relevant to remuneration.
Skills and Attitude
- Must be able to draft, prepare and attend to such legal documents from initial stage up to completion stage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet deadlines
- Meticulous and organized
- Good communication skills
