description | Job Responsibilities
-Handle full set of account (experience in Financial Accounting include A/P & A/R)
-Maintenance of proper accounting report and filing system
-Verification and processing of staff claims
-Prepare and update Profit & Loss Balance Sheet and the end of every months.
-Preparing month-end closing schedule,monitoring of bank balance and reconciliation
-Support in preparation of financial planning, budgeting control, cash flow management and costing business plan
-Involve interim and year end audit
-Responsible for all financial dimensions and provide both administration and accounts support to the company
-To assist in HR & Office administration matters
-Handle other ad-hoc task as assigned by Management from time to time
Requirement
-Candidates must posses at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or any recognized professional accounting qualification
-Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
-Able to work independently and multi-tasking
-Experience skills: Computer literate, well verse in MS Excel & MS Word
-At least 3-4 years of working experience
-Candidate must have working experience in law/legal services or equivalent |
