- Possesses an LLB Degree
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in conveyancing practice
- Proficient in both written & spoken Malay & English & Mandarin
- Dedicated, responsible & committed to the role
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Capable of meeting deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Must have own transport
- Preferably Chinese
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage for interacting with Mandarin speaking clients
