The Role
- This role is designed for an established litigation practitioner who has developed a solid foundation and is ready to take on greater responsibility in complex matters.

You will:
- Handle litigation, construction, and corporate disputes commensurate with your experience.
- Be actively involved in CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, and construction litigation.
- Conduct matters independently, including managing files, court appearances, and client communications.
- Work closely with the partners on strategic, high-value, and technically challenging cases.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff where required.

Requirement
We are selective in our recruitment and seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid practicing certificate.
- A Minimum 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience in General Litigation.
- Demonstrates increasing confidence and competence in the conduct of litigation matters, with experience assisting in and/or progressing towards handling full trials independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedure and substantive law.
- Competent in drafting pleadings, cause papers, submissions, and legal opinions.
- Able to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Sharp, responsive, and professional in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Committed, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
