- Handling conveyancing matters, with a strong focus on sub-sale transactions;
- Preparing and managing loan documentation, perfection of transfer, discharge of charge, adjudication, CKHT, and related matters;
- Liaising with land offices, clients, bank officers, and other relevant parties;
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers; and
- Maintaining proper file management and ensuring all deadlines are met.
