- Assists lawyers with the preparation of sales & purchase agreements, handle conveyancing matters and loan documentations for all banks
(mainly Maybank,Cimb,Bank muamalat, Rhb, Lppsa, Hong Leong, Ambank, Public Bank and others) independently with very minor supervision.
- Possess excellent knowledge of Conveyancing matters;
- With strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Able to draft spa agreements independently;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and with good discipline;
- Follow up with clients and update file status;
- Liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks, developers;
- 3-5 years’ experience in Conveyancing matters;
- Possess own transport; and Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
