Pupil-in-Chambers:
- Pupil will be assigned to the chambers of one of our partners under the Civil / Corporate Dispute team.

Legal Associate
- Assist in handling a range of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Attend court proceedings, mediation and other dispute resolution forums (with guidance where necessary).
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions.
- Attend to clients and carry out tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.
- Provide regular updates to the Partner(s) and take instructions diligently.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Partner(s) and the Firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Pupil-in-Chambers
- Candidates must possess degree in Bachelors of Law (LLB) and meet the requirements under the Legal Profession Act.

Legal Associate
- Freshly called to the Bar or with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong interest and passion in litigation practice.
- Committed, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
