What You Will Do:
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts – supply agreements, service agreements, distribution frameworks.
- Advise on M&A and JV transactions including due diligence.
- Assist clients navigating EU regulatory obligations with Malaysian operational footprints.
- Advise on cross-border employment restructuring and HR compliance. Work directly with foreign-HQ clients and their in-house teams.
- Collaborate with foreign law firms instructing us on Malaysian law matters.

What We Are Looking For:
- 4-6 years PQE, Malaysian-qualified;
- Strong transactional background;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Comfortable working across multiple clients;
- Intellectual curiosity;
- Additional languages a genuine advantage.
