requirement

- Minimum 2 years and above of working experience in legal firms
- Assist in the preparation of cause papers, including Writs and Originating Summons
- Familiarity with enforcement and execution processes such as Winding-Up
proceedings, Bankruptcy Matters, Writ of Seizure and Sale (WSS), Garnishee Order,
and JDS and Foreclosure will be an added advantage
- Responsible for e-filing of court documents, as well as monitoring and following up on case status
