Job description / requirement:-
1. Internship Student
Internship students that are available to commit as an intern for at least 3 months
or more and intended to gain knowledge and experience in mainly conveyancing
and litigation matters and willing to assist the lawyers on daily operation tasks of a legal firm

2. Legal Office Administrator
Provide general administrative support to the legal team, managing overall office
administration and coordinate office operations including monitor office supplies,
service providers, maintenance matters, arrange/coordinate couriers, scanning,
binding, and document compilation and to keep day-to-day file progression moving with clear written updates. Handle correspondence, documentation, and record management. To liaise with government departments, legal firms, and external parties when required.

3. Paralegal
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports, conduct legal and factual research, organise and maintain case files and documents, assist in drafting letters, agreements, and court documents, liaise with clients, courts, and relevant authorities.

4. Senior Legal Associate / Partner (Conveyancing / Litigation)
Called to the Malaysian Bar; minimum 2 years’ PQE in one of the area of practice

:- Conveyancing / Litigation.
For Conveyancing Associate – must be able to independently handle conveyancing
files including sub-sale SPA, loan documentation, and perfection/discharge matters (including coordination with clients, banks, developers and external solicitors). To provide weekly report/update file progression to managing partner directly. Flexible working hours arrangement will be considered upon request.

For Litigation Position – must be able to manage and assist in a civil and
commercial litigation matters including draft pleadings, cause papers, affidavits,
and written submissions independently / with minimal supervision. To Attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings. To manage files efficiently and meet tight deadlines. To provide weekly report/update file progression to managing partner directly. Flexible working hours arrangement will be considered upon request.
