Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Handle sub-sale and project cases, including drafting and vetting Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
- Manage loan documentation for retail, SME, and commercial banking facilities.- Liaise directly with developers, bankers, and clients to ensure smooth transaction flows.
- Oversee the full process for Perfection of Transfer and Charge.
- Monitor file progress and ensure all legal deadlines and conditions precedent (CPs) are met.

Conveyancing Clerk
- Assist in preparing property transaction forms and various bank loan sets.
- Support the processing of SME and commercial loan documentation.
- Follow up with developers, banks, and clients to get documents signed and moving
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, e-stamping (LHDN) and general file maintenance.
- Manage Perfection of Transfer and Charge paperwork from start to finish.
- Must have own transport and be comfortable traveling
for outstation land office filings or client meetings.
