- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP with Practising Certificate
- 1-3 years experience/Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Familiar and understand the process for sub-sale cases, direct purchase from Developer, loan financing & loan drawdown
- Able to vet & draft agreements
- Willing to learn, hard working, meticulous and able to work well independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
