Requirement
Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
- 1 – 3 years in conveyancing practice
- Familiar with conveyancing procedures and documentation
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Able to manage files efficiently and meet deadlines
- Handle conveyancing matters including sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation and property transfers
- Manage files relating to residential and commercial property transactions
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant authorities
- Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor transaction progress and ensure timely completion
- Attend to clients and provide updates on transaction status
Freshly called lawyers with chambering experience in conveyancing are encouraged to apply.
Pupil-in-Chambers
- Candidates are expected to have a good interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Able to manage files efficiently and to work under pressure to meet datelines
