Requirement
- Able to draft Sub-sale Sale & Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP/Legal Possession.
- Familiar with Loan Documentation for panel bank.
- With at least 2 years experience and above in conveyancing line.
- To support and assist partners.
- Fluent in English and BM.
- Command of Mandarin, both written & spoken, is an advantage.
