position Administrative Clerk / Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

Excellent command of both written and spoken English, and good command of Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented with an enthusiastic and positive working attitude.
Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently in a challenging environment under minimum supervision while being a team player.
Basic accounts knowledge.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain and update records, databases, and office filing systems.
Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Able to produce detailed and accurate work under tight deadlines.
Good advocacy, drafting, and research skills.
Perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Focused, motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint) & Canva Application.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Fresh Diploma Holder are encouraged to apply
