- Familiar with preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, bank's documentation & portals, and any related documents in conveyancing
- Able to handle sub-sale transaction, loan disbursement and various conveyancing matters
- Able to maintain and update file status on operating system
- To liaise with clients, bankers and various governmental bodies
- 1-3 Year experience, Can work under minimum supervision, can work as a team OR Independent, Responsible, positive working attitude, self motivated & good interpersonal skill
